What Kind of Action In The World Justifies a Nobel Peace Prize?

Filed under: Social Commentary — williamthecoroner @ 10:01

Asks COL Austin Bay HERE.  It’s not averting a nuclear war between India and Pakistan (that was done by George W. Bush).  It’s not putting oneself at risk in the Warsaw Ghetto, that was done by Irena Sendler .

I know I’m late to this bandwagon, but c’mon.

  1. Peace in Ireland evidently doesn’t mean a peace prize, but hope does? I am still mad about the election. I try not to think of it, but I am.

Nice peace er piece about action verses words. Really good.
